These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of custom poems and related products from VedaBelle LLC, doing business as Revenge Poem ("Revenge Poem," "we," "us"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

1. Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old and have a shipping address in the United States. We currently ship within the United States only.

2. What We Make

Revenge Poem creates custom poems from a short description (your "brief") that you submit when you order. Kellie Adkins writes every poem herself. Poems are produced as a Typed Edition or a Handwritten Edition on artist-grade paper, sealed with wax, and shipped with a Ritual of Release card. Optional add-ons include Burn & Keep (a second sealed copy), rush writing, and a choice of shipping service. Product descriptions, photographs, and prices on this website are subject to change.

3. Your Brief

• Please describe your experience in broad strokes. Do not include names, addresses, or other identifying details of any person, and do not include details that are painful to write.
• You confirm that your brief is your own account and that you have the right to submit it.
• We read every brief before accepting it. We may decline any brief or any order for any reason, including a brief that contains identifying details, threats, or content intended to harass, defame, or harm a person. If we decline an order, we will refund you in full.
• Each poem is written for you and shipped only to you. We do not ship poems to anyone else, and we will not send a poem to the person described in a brief.

4. Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is due when you place your order. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed by Shopify and its payment providers, and we do not store your full payment card number.

5. Production and Shipping Times

Standard poems are written and shipped in about 10 to 14 business days after we accept your order. Rush writing ships in about 5 business days, and rush slots are limited each week. These times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delivery times are outside our control. Tracked and Priority shipping options are listed at checkout. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at orders@revengepoem.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

6. No Refunds After Writing Begins; No Revisions

Each poem is custom work. Once writing begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, and poems are not revised. You may cancel for a full refund before writing begins by emailing orders@revengepoem.com as soon as possible after ordering. If we decline or cancel your order, you receive a full refund. If your order arrives damaged, we will repair or replace it. This section does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

7. Ownership and Your Use of the Poem

When you receive your poem, you own the physical copy or copies you purchased. We keep the copyright in the poem's words and designs. You may keep, display, read aloud, or burn your poem (with appropriate fire safety practices) for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, sell, or publish the poem commercially without our written permission. We will not claim ownership of your brief.

8. Publishing Your Poem (Optional)

At checkout, you choose whether we may feature your poem. If you choose Publish, you give us permission to post the poem, anonymized and numbered, on our website and social media accounts. We will remove anything identifying before posting. If you choose not to publish, we will not publish your poem or any part of your brief. You may withdraw your permission at any time by emailing privacy@revengepoem.com, and we will take the post down within a reasonable time. We cannot recall copies that others have already shared.

9. Responsible Use

Your poem is for your own release. Do not use it to threaten, harass, stalk, or defame anyone, and do not send it to or post it about a named person. You are responsible for how you use your poem. We may refuse service to anyone who misuses it.

10. The Ritual of Release and Fire Safety

The Ritual of Release is an optional personal ritual. If you choose to burn your poem, you do so at your own risk and must follow the fire-safety guidance printed on the ritual card: burn outdoors, over a fireproof bowl, with water nearby, respecting all necessary local, state, and federal burn bans. Fold the page away from you. Never leave a flame unattended, and keep children and pets away. Burning is for adults only. Do not burn your poem in a place where open flames are prohibited.

11. Not Professional Help

Revenge Poem is a creative product. It is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, or medical care, and it does not replace any of them. If you are in danger, call 911. If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988. If you are experiencing abuse, you can reach the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.

12. Intellectual Property of the Website

The Revenge Poem name, logo, designs, text, and images on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

13. Disclaimers and Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided "as is," and we disclaim all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for injury or loss arising from burning a poem or from your use of it contrary to these Terms. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some of this section may not apply to you.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information, including the information in your brief.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this website when you place your order applies to that order.
